Take a Walk with Kendra



Do you want to start a fitness program, but don't know where to start?
Perhaps you only have a small window of work-out time available in your hectic day?

Here's a solution that's quick, easy, and affordable (free with comcast cable!).
Available via Comcast Cable, I routinely tune in to the 2-mile Cardio Walk with Kendra Kemerley. It lasts about 25 minutes, where you get your blood flowing by rotating through a series of walking exercises, mixed with arm and ab movements for a full body work out. there's also an 15 minute 1 mile walk that is similar in routine.

A little background on Ms. Kendra. She is a New York City- based professional dancer, choreographer, and certified fitness instructor & presenter. Dang...a triple threat work out woman! Check out her site here.

Walking is one of the easiest and most profitable forms of exercise. All you need is a good pair of shoes, comfortable clothing, and desire.
